Founded by Heejin No and inspired by her grandmother, Miss Kim celebrates Korea’s rich food culture through a growing range of snacks and pantry staples made in South Korea. The brand launched in January 2026 with traditional favourites including Lotus Root Bugak and Sea Salt Nurungji: two naturally gluten-free and vegan snacks enjoyed in Korea for generations.
