This collection of Risograph prints has been created by a members of the Whitworth’s Still Parents group who worked alongside Manchester-based artist Caroline Dowsett.
Still Parents is the Whitworth’s award-winning programme of support for parents who have experienced the loss of a baby in pregnancy or just after birth. It offers a gentle space to come together, share experiences, and find comfort through making, conversation, and community.
Caroline Dowsett’s practice is rooted in colour, organic forms, and the healing qualities of nature. Her uplifting and hopeful approach supported the group to create artworks that hold both personal meaning and collective strength.
Still Parents is run in partnership with Manchester Sands Charity.
