A limited series of 21 bags were up-cycled from the banners placed outside the Whitworth during the run of the renowned exhibition Althea McNish: Colour is Mine, between 21 October 2022 and 23 April 2023.

Althea McNish was the first Caribbean designer to achieve international recognition and one of the most influential and innovative textile designers in the UK.

Stitched Up is a not-for-profit Community Benefit Society inspiring communities across Greater Manchester to take action on sustainable fashion.

Approx 14.5" width and 14.5" length.
