Ruth Tuck depicts everyday urban life in Manchester. Curtain Twitcher is from a collection celebrating her community of Hulme. It is a magnified fleeting moment - when you clock someone peeking through the curtains trying not to be seen. The print explores how much narrative you can communicate with a limited colour palette and bold, geometric shapes.
