The Blue Plaques are an ongoing project by Horace Lindezey - ceramic plaques commemorating important figures in the artist's life, both real and fictional, who have sadly passed away.

This beautiful hardback art book is a photographic collection of forty of Horace's plaques, celebrating and remembering a range of people from Barbara Windsor to David Bowie, to Horace's own parents.

This is a limited Second Edition of the book, with just 50 printed, and all copies signed and numbered by the artist.

The book has been printed by a carbon balanced print company.

Horace Lindezey is an artist of Venture Arts, an award-winning visual arts organisation working with learning disabled artists to create opportunities in arts and culture. The Whitworth is proud to collaborate with Venture Arts on this collection and will be giving 50% of print profits to the artist and organisation.
