These small, lightweight pendants are made from cotton and are fully interfaced to provide support. Rebecca from Nook of the North has stitched the edges and curved pattern using a matching thread. This is suspended under a hammered brass arc and hangs from a Gold Plated earwire. She has enamelled the brass arc to prevent tarnishing.

Rebecca Hector Clarke is the hand-embroidery artist behind Nook of the North. Working from her home studio in Yorkshire, she explores texture, colour and form using threads and sustainable materials, creating unique and carefully crafted pieces of wearable art.

This series was inspired by the landscapes she explored with her little ones in the summer.
