A cookbook about migration politics.

The cookbook is both about food and migration politics. It consists of a collection of recipes from among other places Eritrea, Thailand, Palestine, Morocco, Afghanistan, and Iran. All the recipes are made by asylum seekers and refugees from Trampoline House’s Women’s Club, and are accompanied by interviews with the cooks, who share some of their life experiences, thoughts, and stories.

The book is available in both English.
